Prices are subject to change without notice. (due to changes in gold, silver prices internationally)
All prices are listed in [PKR/USD], and applicable taxes and shipping charges are added during checkout.
3. Gemstone Authenticity
We sell genuine and lab-Certified gemstones. Certifications (if applicable) will be mentioned clearly in the product details.
However, variations in gemstone weight, size, and color may occur, as they are natural materials.
4. Order Acceptance & Payment
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship locally and internationally.
Processing time: One business days
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (Locally Pakistan) 7 – 15 Days for International Delivery via UPS.
For International : Delays due to customs, natural events, or courier issues are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and precious nature of our jewelry, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Wrong item sent
Damaged item received (must be reported within 24 hours)
Not as Described
No returns on custom orders, engraved jewelry, or altered items.
